I have watched it a number of times and my children are also sailing in the same boat. This Sunday I watched Tarzon - The Wonder Car once again with my children.
Farida Jalal as Mrs.Abbas-Mustan often known for copying English films comes up with a remake of CHRISTINE but sadly humanizes the car too much and adds a mystery of Ajay's soul in the car which is too old fashioned The first half and all the college scenes are very badly handled, the leg scene of Ayesha and the car scene and all her skimpy outfits scenes are repulsive and actually don't go with what she says that she will never wear skimpy clothes, you know how much they lie? Anywayz the car taking revenge part is interesting though filmy and the murder of Mukesh Tiwari is nicely handled but the rest murders are badly handled and with the hamming of the villains it's even worse Actually the villains comes across as jokers esp Shakti, Sadashiv The handling of the past Ajay Devgan's scenes are too in your face filmy and clichéd Even the entire Pankaj Dheer scenes where he says he won't marry Ayesha to Vatsal and the entire climax is 80's style Direction is faulty Music is good Vatsal tries hard but fails to emote and comes across as struggling to hard Ayesha is good but irritates at times Ajay is as usual Mukesh Tiwari is decent Sadashiv, Deepak Shirke and Shakti ham like no day Gulshan irritates with his fund a Rajpal is funny at times, while Farida is as usual. Ajay Devgan as Deven Choudhary, Raj's father. Ayesha Takia as Priya Kapoor, Raj's girlfriend and Rakesh's daughter. Vatsal Sheth as Raj Choudhary, Deven's son and Priya's boyfriend. Raj and Priya live a happy life afterward. With Raj, Lata and Priya united, Deven's spirit becomes free, and he ascends to heaven. Khurana arrests Rakesh Deven says his last goodbye to Lata and Raj. Terrified, Rakesh confesses his crime in front of everyone. In front of Rakesh's disbelieving eyes, Deven saves Raj. Deven's spirit now is visible to everyone. Raj is shocked as Rakesh tells him the truth about Deven's death. He decides to kill Raj and take Priya back with him to London and get Priya married to a man of his choice. After knowing Raj is Deven's son, Rakesh assumes that Raj has found the truth and is using Priya as a pawn. Rakesh is revealed to be Priya's father and meets Raj on her insistence. Rakesh returns to India and learns all his partners have died. Since the car belongs to Raj, he becomes a suspect in the eyes of Inspector Khurana, the investigating officer. 
Here, Deven's spirit possesses Taarzan and kills Rakesh's cronies Kailash, Anthony and Mahesh, as well as Sanjay, as all of them, were behind his murder. It is totally revamped into a car more advanced than Deven's design, and Raj decides to rename it DC to honor Deven's memory. Raj's boss Kartar aides him in repairing Taarzan. Little does he know that, he has also brought back Deven, whose soul is trapped inside the car.
Taarzan the wonder car car update#
Raj wants to update the car that reminds him of Deven. He somehow pools money and buys it at 5000 rupees. One day, he discovers and recognizes Taarzan immediately. Raj also works in a garage as a part-time mechanic at a garage owned by Kartar Singh. On the first day of his new college, he falls in love with a rich girl, Priya, who later also feels the same for him. The car is pushed into a river, causing a gagged Deven to die.ġ2 years later, Raj is now a 22-year-old boy living with Lata. He, along with Rakesh and his cronies, attack and lock Deven in his car. However, Inspector Sanjay Sharma is actually on Rakesh's payroll. This infuriates Deven and he files a police complaint.
Rakesh Kapoor and his partners, who praise his design but decline the deal as they couldn't come to terms of loyalty however they steals the design and registered his design under their name. Deven meets ForeFox, a private company to discuss his design. He also looks after an older Morris Minor MM handed over to him by his late father and calls it "Taarzan", based on the car's mirror ornament of the Disney character Tarzan. Automobile engineer Deven Chaudhary who lives with his mother Suhasini and 10-year-old son Raj, develops a futuristic car with features that are too advance and names this design as DC.
